For cold therapy it can be placed in a refrigerator or freezer. Stays totally pliable so the affected area receives maximum benefit. Padded covers are a great option if you are sensitive to the heat or cold.

    For safe, convenient cold application to help reduce swelling and relieve pain. Use on sprains, strains, bumps, bruises, and bites. Use to relieve toothaches and headaches.

    Remains pliable even when frozen. Should be used during the FIRST 48 hours of an injury. For cold therapy it can be placed in a refrigerator or freezer.
    Hot Pack

    A comfortable heat pack for sore muscles and joints, stiffness, tension, cramps or a bed warmer.

    Apply heat 48 hours AFTER an injury has occurred. For heat therapy, it can be placed in a microwave.
